What You Can Submit

Four paths to a preliminary review

An initial, confidential read on how your enterprise aligns with a majority recapitalization or succession transaction.

Advisors & Intermediaries

Acquisition Opportunity

Introduce a proprietary or lightly marketed control opportunity for a direct, off-auction evaluation.

Sponsors & LPs

Investment Proposal

Propose a co-investment, structured capital, or platform add-on alongside our existing deployments.

Strategic Counterparties

Strategic Partnership Assessment

Evaluate an operating alliance, joint venture, carve-out, or long-term capital relationship.

What the Review Entails

Rigorous, discreet, and decisive

Our preliminary review is a senior-level screen — not a data-room exercise. We evaluate strategic fit, quality of earnings indicators, defensibility, and transaction feasibility using only the information you choose to share at this stage.

  • Mandate fit: sector, geography, scale, and control profile
  • Durability of cash flows and customer concentration
  • Competitive moat, pricing power, and technical differentiation
  • Leadership continuity and operational modernization potential
  • Indicative structure, timing, and next-step requirements
What Happens After Submission
  1. Confirmation & reference

You receive a reference number on screen, and your intake is routed directly to senior leadership.

  2. Initial screen — 3 to 5 business days

A partner reviews mandate fit and may request clarification by your preferred channel.

  3. Mutual NDA

Where there is alignment, we execute a bilateral non-disclosure agreement before any confidential materials are exchanged.

  4. Introductory discussion

A working session with the relevant mandate lead to discuss objectives, structure, and timing.

  5. Written feedback

A clear indication of interest, a request for further information, or a respectful pass — never silence.

Common Questions

Before you submit

Is my submission confidential?

Yes. Submissions are reviewed only by senior leadership. We ask that you share high-level, non-confidential information at this stage; detailed materials are exchanged only after a mutual NDA is executed.

What if my company falls outside your stated ranges?

Submit anyway. Our parameters guide platform investments, but we evaluate add-on acquisitions, co-investments, and strategic partnerships that may sit outside those ranges.

Can I upload documents?

Not through this form. Once we confirm alignment and execute an NDA, we will provide a secure channel for financials and other materials.

Do you pay fees to intermediaries?

We work with advisors and intermediaries regularly. Fee arrangements are addressed directly and in writing once an opportunity progresses.

Is there a cost or obligation?

No. A preliminary review carries no cost and creates no obligation for either party.
